BRAC Bank has incorporated artificial intelligence-based technology to conduct the initial screening of candidates for its Young Leader Programme (YLP), a press release said Tuesday. The bank achieved a record in Bangladesh by arranging an online examination of over 50,000 candidates during the on boarding process for the 2023 batch without using any paper. To ensure an efficient and effective process, the bank employed AI-equipped features to monitor the behaviour of candidates during the exam, thereby detecting any undesirable activities and maintaining the assessment standard. The use of AI has allowed the bank to assess a large number of candidates effectively and fairly, resulting in accurate, reliable and unbiased outcome.
