Daraz Bangladesh has joined as one of the first e-commerce platforms in the inauguration of the Central Complaint Management System (CCMS) of the Commerce Ministry, a press release said Thursday. Commerce minister, Tipu Munshi, was the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony. State Minister for Information and Communication Technology, Zunaid Ahmed Palak, director general of the Directorate of National Consumers’ Right Protection (DNCRP), A.H.M. Shafiquzzaman, e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e-Cab) president, Shomi Kaiser, Bangladesh Bank payment system department director, Muhommad Badiuzzaman Dider, Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industries (FBCCI) director, Syed Almas Kabir, were also present.
