The country’s leading computer company Daffodil Computers Ltd (DCL) providing total IT solution in Bangladesh held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2022-2023 on 28 December at 10.00 am via digital platform.
Ms. Shahana Khan, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting while he placed the Annual Audited Accounts, Director’s report.5% cash dividend was approved by the shareholder unanimously. Other directors, auditors, company secretary, and shareholders were also present in the meeting.
