DIU, MMISH sign academic partnership deal

Daffodil International University and Monmohan Memorial Institute of Health Sciences Nepal has been signed an academic partnership agreement on October 12, 2021 in the presence of His Excellency, Dr. Banshidhar Mishra, Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh, which has been initiated by the Embassy of Nepal in Bangladesh.

The goal of this cooperation agreement is to initiate different academic exchanges between two organizations particularly in the field of Public Health, Pharmacy and more. Professor Dr. Engr. A. K. M. FazlulHoque, Registrar of Daffodil International University and the Vice Chairperson of Monmohan Memorial Institute of Health Sciences JiwanPrakash Sharma signed for the respective organizations in the presence of His Excellency, Dr. Banshidhar Mishra, Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh and the Honorable Pro Vice Chancellor of DIU, Prof Dr. S.M. MahbubUlHaqueMajumder and top management of both of the institutions, a press release said.

Under this agreement, cooperative relationships will be maintained by carrying out activities like student and faculty exchange programs, Research Initiative, Summer/Winter Program and Short Industrial Visit program. It has opened a huge scope for the students of both the countries. After the agreement signing and discussion, the delegation had a campus tour around Daffodil Smart City, the largest Library, Faculty Lounge, Daffodil Institute of Social Sciences and expressed high satisfaction on DIU and its effort.
