Eastern Bank Ltd.( EBL) has donated Tk 4 crore as a financial contribution to Ashrayan-2 project for unprivileged homeless people across the country, at a ceremony at PMO, a press release said Monday. Md. Showkat Ali Chowdhury, chairman, EBL, handed over the cheque to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on January 15, 2023.
