Eastern Bank Ltd. (EBL) has signed a customer service agreement with Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel in the city recently, a press release said Thursday. Md. Bin Mazid Khan, head of banc assurance, EBL, and Noeke Kusuma, general manager student banking and retail propositions of Renaissance, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations recently. Under this arrangement, EBL cardholders can enjoy special benefits at the hotel. Md. Al-Amin, hotel manager and in-charge of sales and marketing, and Syed Yameenul Huq, director, sales and marketing of Renaissance, were also present.
