Eastern Bank Ltd. (EBL) has signed a customer service deal with Karnafuly Ship Builders Ltd, a press release said Monday. Under the agreement EBL cardholders enjoy special discount on tickets of cruise ships of Karnafuly Cruiseline. M. Khorshed Anowar, DMD and head of retail and SME banking of EBL and Engineer M.A. Rashid, MD, Karnafuly Ship Builders Ltd. signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organization in the city recently. Rabi Sankar Parial, head, alternate channels and payroll banking; Md. Bin Mazid Khan, head of banc assurance, student banking and retail propositions from EBL and Asif Arafat Islam, chief strategy and business officer of Karnafuly Cruiseline were also present.
