Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) has signed a deal with Yashoda Group of Hospitals, a press release said Sunday. M. Khorshed Anowar, DMD and head of retail and SME banking of EBL and Keshav Gupta, senior vice president of Yashoda Group of Hospitals signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions. EBL cardholders will now enjoy special discount at the Indian hospital. Rabi Sankar Parial, head of alternate channels and Md. Bin Mazid Khan, head of bank assurance, student banking and retail propositions of EBL; Md. Shahinur Rahman, county manager Bangladesh of Yashoda Group of Hospitals were also present.
