Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) has partnered with and AMAL Foundation to work together to support financial inclusion, bankability and access to finance for women-owned SMEs, a press release said Tuesday. Sarmin Atik, head of liability and wealth management of EBL, and Esrat Karim Eve, founder and director of AMAL Foundation, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions. Natasha Kader, acting head of women banking of EBL, and Sarah Jabeen Kristy, head of program of AMAL Foundation, were also present.
