Genex Infosys signed an agreement with City Bank to provide managed contact center services in an outsourced model. Under this agreement, part of the City Bank’s customer service operation will be outsourced to Genex, a smart innovator in customer experience management. Through this partnership, the bank aims to excel in top-quality services to its larger customer base and promote new and exciting offerings, reads a press release. The agreement signing ceremony was held on Tuesday at Genex HQ in presence of Kazi Azizur Rahman, DMD & Chief Information Officer, Arup Haider, Head of Retail Banking of City Bank and Prince Mojumder, Co-founder & CEO of Genex, along with other department heads and officials from both parties.
