Global Insurance Limited approves 10pc cash dividend to shareholders for the year 2020 in its’ 21stAnnual General Meeting.
Mr. Sayeed Ahmed, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting, a press release said.
Mr. Sayeedexpressed gratitude to shareholders for their active co-operation & whole hearted support.
Md. MosharrofHossain, Chief Executive Officer (in charge) informed shareholders that in spite of various obstacles in the insurance market, the company earned handsome premium income and expressed gratitude to shareholders for their whole hearted support and confidence upon the company. He also expected that shareholders would extend their best support and co-operation in future.
