Designed for a greener future, the Green Grameenphone Center is a pioneering concept in the telecommunication sector, with 99.9% paperless and plastic-free operations. From its construction to its interior and daily operations, every aspect of the center emphasizes environmental responsibility. Every element of the center is crafted from sustainable materials, replacing traditional materials with sustainable, recyclable, and recycled options. The customer service experience is paperless, leveraging digital innovation to ensure efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. The inauguration ceremony, held at Ambarkhana in Sylhet on January 29, was graced by Farha Naz Zaman, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Grameenphone. Other participants included representatives from Grameenphone Center partner, and relevant stakeholders.
