Grameenphone has ventured with former employee-led startups ‘DigiPro Solutions’ and extended its scope of operations with existing partner ‘ReCom Consulting’ to facilitate the tech service leader’s Finance & Accounting (F&A) Control and Operation, digital and postpaid collection, channel collection, and other tasks.
To this effect, a signing ceremony was held recently at GP House. Jens Becker, Chief Financial Officer of Grameenphone, Md Sudipto Salehin, Director of ReCom Consulting, and Md Soebul Islam, Managing Director of DigiPro Solutions, signed the deal on behalf of their respective sides.
Syed Tanvir Husain, Chief Human Resources Officer, Grameenphone, Md Arif Uddin, Head of Financial Controlling and Taxation of Grameenphone, and Khairul Basher, Head of Communications, Grameenphone, attended the signing ceremony.
Emphasizing on adopting new technologies, digitalization, and standardizing finance processes, two companies will support Grameenphone in modernizing its financial and cash management system under the partnership. It will include digital and postpaid collection, channel collection, MFS operations collection, institutional collection, cash management, fixed asset management, revenue accounting and financial accounting, and reporting.

Both the organizations will start their services from January 01, 2022, onward, said a press release.
