Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) Barishal zone has organized a webinar on ‘Compliance of Shari‘ah in banking operations’ on 20 August 2022, a press release said Sunday. Md. Joynal Abedin, director of the bank addressed the webinar as chief guest while Muhammad Qaisar Ali, AMD addressed as special guest. Dr. Muhammad Saifullah, member of Shari`ah Supervisory Committee of the bank addressed as key discussant. Md. Shamsuddoha, executive vice president of Shari‘ah secretariat also addressed the program. Presided over by Abdus Sobhan, head of barishal zone, Md. Nuruzzaman, head of Barishal branch addressed the welcome speech.
