Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. (IBBL) has organized an Executive Development Program (EDP) on ‘Customer services & compliant Management’ through virtual platform on 19 November 2022, a press release said Sunday. Mohammed Monirul Moula, MD & CEO of the bank addressed the program as chief guest. Mohammad Zahir Hussain, director of financial integrity & customer services department of BB was presented as key discussant. Mohammad Qaisar Ali & JQM Habibullah, AMDs of the Bank also addressed the program. SM Rabiul Hassan, principal of IBTRA presided over the program.
