International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) and Shonar Bangla Capital Management Limited (SBCML) have signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) recently to facilitate corporate-advisory and issue-management services, a press release said Tuesday. Chairman of ILFSL Md. Nazrul Islam Khan and Acting Managing director Md. Mashiur Rahman from ILFSL and Imam Hossain, CEO of SBCML signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organization at a ceremony held at D.R Tower, ILFSL’s head office, Paltan. ILFSL board members Syed Abu Nasser Bakhtiar Ahmed, Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, Brigadier General Mohammad Meftaul Karim Barrister Muhammad Ashraf Ali, Mohammad Enamul Hasan of SBCML were also present on the occasion.
