The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) has honored Index Agro Industries Limited for outstanding corporate governance practices at the institutional level, a press release said Wednesday. Chief guest Salman F Rahman MP, an advisor to prime minister, handed over the ‘ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence 2021’ to Index Agro Industries managing director Mahin Mazherat at a function held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon hotel recently. Planning Minister M.A. Mannan, MP and commerce secretary Tapan Kanti Ghosh were present at the program as special guests. Asad Ullah FCS president of ICSB presided over the function.
