Ispahani Tea Limited has achieved the prestigious ‘International Mother Teresa Award 2024,’ a press release said Sunday.
The 24th Mother Teresa International Awards giving ceremony was held on January 27 at St. James Auditorium in Kolkata. Mirza Ahmed Ispahani, Director of Ispahani Group, received the award on behalf of Ispahani Limited.
The award was presented by Father Joy D. Suzha (Regional Education Commission, West Bengal and Sikkim). Mirza Ahmed Ispahani was handed a certificate, a commemorative plaque featuring Mother Teresa, and a shawl.
The event was attended by Dr. T.H. Ireland, Chairman of the Mother Teresa Award Committee, Almas Hossen (Consul) from the Deputy High Commission of Bangladesh in Kolkata, and Ranjan Sen (Press Secretary). Omar Hannan, the General Manager of Ispahani Group, was also present.
