The 24th annual general meeting of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited was held Monday using digital platform.
Christof Hässig, Chairman, LafargeHolcim, presided over the meeting.
Rajesh Surana, CEO & Director along with other members of the Board of Directors’ of the company were also present.
The shareholders of the Company approved all the items of the agenda including 25 percent cash dividend for the year 2021 at the AGM.
