Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) has signed an agreement with another leading integrated financial service provider LankaBangla Finance Limited (LBFL), aimed at strengthening payment solutions for LBF’s customers.
With this exclusive partnership, LankaBangla Customer will get integrated payment solutions for their DPS, Loan, and Credit Card payment through Rocket, NexusPay and Agent Banking services across the country.
A. K. M. Kamruzzaman, FCMA, SEVP and Head of Operations of LBF, and Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Executive Vice President & Head of Branch Operation & Liability Division of DBBL, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at LBF’s corporate head office on Tuesday, November 02, 2021, a press release said.
Khurshed Alam, SEVP and Head of Retail Business of LBF, said, “We always thrive on providing the best and convenient service to our customers. Through this agreement, all our customers across the country will be able to avail DBBL’s NexusPay, Rocket and Agent Banking services and easily complete their required financial transactions. I believe, this will open a new window for our customers and enable them to enjoy a journey of excellent customer convenience.”
Md. Mosharraf Hossain, EVP & Head of Branch Operation & Liability Division of DBBL said, “We have more than 5500 Agent Banking Points and 239003 Rocket Agents all over Bangladesh; through our Nexuspay and Agent Banking, we can provide a customized payment solution facility to LankaBangla’s customers.”
Md. Rezanul Kabir, EVP and Head of Financial Inclusion and Compliance Division of DBBL; Sheik Mohammad Fuad, SVP and Head of ICT; Md. Minhaz Uddin, VP and Head of Cards of LBF and other senior officials of the two organizations were also present at the agreement-signing ceremony.
