LankaBangla Finance Limited (LBFL) has received ‘Mastercard Excellence Awards 2022’ in the category of ‘Mastercard Contactless (Issuing)’ & ‘Mastercard Credit Business (Domestic)’ on November 24, 2022, a press release said Monday. The program was organized by event with the theme “Towards a Smart Transformation.” The award ceremony was attended by Tipu Munshi, MP, Minister, Ministry of Commerce, Peoples Republic of Bangladesh; as chief guest, Md. Khurshid Alam, executive director, BB as the guest of honor; Vikas Varma, COO, South Asia, Mastercard, and Syed Mohammad Kamal, country manager, Bangladesh, Mastercard and on behalf of LBFL, MD and CEO Khwaja Shahriar received the award. Khurshed Alam – senior executive vice president & head of retail business, Md. Minhaz Uddin – vice president & head of cards were also present.
