The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited(LHBL) was held Tuesday(May 09, 2023) over digital platform, a press release said . The AGM was presided over by Christof Hässig, Chairman, and attended by Iqbal Chowdhury, Director & CEO, other members of the Board of Directors’ and shareholders of the company. Along with other items of the agenda the shareholders appreciated and approved 48 percent cash dividend (including 33 percent interim dividend which has already been paid) for the year 2022.
