Minister Group to ensure customer service within 12 hours

Minister Group has organized exchange meetings and training workshops with service engineers across the country to ensure service among customers within 12 hours.

As part of this workshop, a training workshop was recently organized in Bogra with service engineers for all electronics products from Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions. Minister Group Deputy Executive Director Shah Alam, GM (Business Development) Rafiqul Islam Liton, Assistant Director Sifat Ullah along with the Rajshahi AGM, Audit Senior Manager, Training and Development Manager, Rangpur and Rajshahi Division Managers were present on the occasion, a press release said.

Shah Alam, Deputy Executive Director, Minister Group, said, “We must always be ready to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Our service will win the hearts of customers. At the same time we need to keep in mind that as the country progresses in technology development we need to use more technology in our products and ensure 100% quality.’’
