A Halkhata program, organized by M/S Riad & Raima Enterprise and presented by Mir Cement, was held for the local retailers based in Manikganj on 2 August 2023. Different programs and a seminar were arranged to make the event more memorable and insightful for the participants.
Md. Moshiur Rahman, Chief Marketing Officer of Mir Cement Ltd., graced the occasion as the chief guest while Abdur Rashid Mollik, owner of M/S Riad & Raima Enterprise was the president of the event. Sadekur Bari, prominent businessman and Md. Tarequr Rahman, AGM of Mir Cement Ltd., were present as special guests. From Mir Cement Ltd., its Assistant Brand Manager Md Yusuf; Senior Officer Md. Ekbol Hossain; Officer Abu Daud, local retailers, engineers, and contractors were also present at this event.

The event was a fun-filled day for the retailers, engineers, and contractors as elaborate programs and recreational activities were arranged. Activities included sightseeing from Aricha Ghat to Teota Zamindar Bari and Alkadia Char of Qazir Hut, along with local games such as football, break the pot etc. In the evening, a seminar was held where the speaker’s put emphasis on the role of cement industry in the country’s economic development.
