The 37th meeting of the audit committee of the board of directors of Modhumoti Bank Limited was held on September 6, 2022 with assistance of Zoom technology, a press release said. The meeting was presided over by Shaikh Salahuddin, MP, Chairman of audit committee and Vice-Chairman of the board of directors of Modhumoti Bank . Among the members of the board’s audit committee, A. Mannan Khan, Shaheduzzaman Choudhury, FCA and Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, were present.
