Prime Bank has promoted Syed M Omar Tayub as Deputy Managing Director (DMD), a press release said Saturday.
Prior to this new role, he was working as senior executive Vice President and Head of MSME Banking at the bank.
He’s currently serving on deputation as the MD and CEO of Prime Bank Investment Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Prime Bank.
He started his career in Standard Chartered Bank and has more than 22 years of experience in leadership roles across MSME and Consumer Banking functions in leading commercial banks of Bangladesh.
