The Premier Bank Limited held its 24th annual general meeting through digital platform on June 14, 2023, a press release said on Wednesday. The participants and shareholders present at the AGM duly approved all agendas including the audit report and 12.50% cash and 7.50% stock dividend for the year 2022.
