The Premier Bank Limited signed an agreement with Simco Holdings Limited at its head office recently, a press release said.
Managing Director & CEO of Premier Bank, M Reazul Karim the chairman of Simco Holdings Limited Mozaffor Uddin Siddique, SEVP & Head of Retail Banking Division Mohammad Shamim Murshed of the bank and Khurrum Siddique Managing Director of Simco Holdings Limited Signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Under the agreement, both the company will promote Premier’s home loan to sell apartments among individual customers. Deputy Managing Director & CFO Sayed Abul Hashem; EVP & Head of Brand Marketing & Communications Md Tareq Uddin; Business Development Manager Mohammad Robel Miah from the bank & Abdul Halim, Business Development Manager from Simco and other officials of both the organizations were present at the signing ceremony.
