The Premier Bank Limited has signed an agreement with PricewaterhouseCoopers Bangladesh Private Limited (PwC ), a press release said Thursday.
The signing ceremony was held at the head office of Premier Bank in the presence of M. Reazul Karim, MD and CEO of the bank, and Mamun Rashid, managing partner of PwC.
The agreement would address three key issues – the security and protection of customers’ local environments, prevention and detection of fraud in counterparty relationships and prevention future cyber attacks.
Mohd. Jamil Hossain, CMA, SEVP & head of corporate banking division, Mohammed Emtiaz Uddin, SEVP & Head of SME & agriculture, Shibly Sadeque, EVP & head of international division, Md. Mashuqur Rahman, EVP and head of IT, Md. Tareq Uddin, EVP and head of brand marketing and communications of the bank and other senior officials of both the organizations were present.
