Pubali Bank holds 40th AGM

The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held at the bank’s auditorium of Head Office on 6th June 2023. MonzururRahman, Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Limited presided over the meeting. The shareholders unanimously approved 12.50% cash dividend for the year ended 31st December 2022 at the AGM. Honorable directors and a huge number of shareholders participated in the discussion and talked about the overall performance of the bank. They expressed their satisfaction and also provided suggestions for further improvement of performance of the bank
