RedOrange Media & Communications, a Netherlands and Bangladesh based communications consultancy and Dutch training and consultancy organization, MDF, have joined forces to help build capacity in the growing private sector of Bangladesh.
As the first step towards this collaboration, both organizations signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) this week.
The two sides have agreed to establish a strategic partnership with a common goal of mutual benefits of organizational development, expanding scope of work with collaboration and to create a social impact in Bangladesh with new dynamism.
The goal of this partnership is to contribute to the holistic development of the country through skills development, awareness and knowledge sharing. RedOrange and MDF look to create a framework for cooperation and outlines a strategic partnership between RedOrange and MDF Bangladesh to work together on ventures that strengthen the organsiational capacities of associated clients and beneficiaries.
The partnership is aimed at bolstering all the sustainable development interventions that the two organizations have and will be carrying out jointly.
The collaboration also aims to improve internal organisational capacity for both the organisations to the demands of time. The partnership will cover project, programme and organisation level interventions. The MoU paves way for the parties to create a framework for cooperation and outlines a strategic partnership to work together on ventures that strengthen the organsiational capacities of associated clients and beneficiaries.
At the signing ceremony, the RedOrange delegation was represented by Arnob Chakrabarty, Managing Director and Petra van der Eijk, Director Operations. Thilakan Sathasivam, Country Director of MDF Training & Consultancy, and Dr. Mubina Tabassum, Deputy Country Director, represented MDF Bangladesh at the ceremony.
