Ms. Sadia Rayen Ahmed has been elected the Chairman of Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd. (DBBL) at the 267th meeting of the Board of Directors, held on June 12, 2023. She succeeded Mr. Sayem Ahmed. Ms. Ahmed has been serving as a Director of the Bank since June 14, 2022.
She has business experience since 2012 as the Deputy Managing Director (Finance) of various textile spinning mills with the monthly export of 80 million USD.
She completed her education from the American International School Dhaka, Baridhara, Branksome Hall, Canada and the University of Toronto St. George, Canada.
