Prominent Banker M.M.Saiful Islam joined Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) as Deputy Managing Director (DMD) on 29 May 2023, a press release said on Tuesday. Prior to joining Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Investment at Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited.
M.M.Saiful Islam started his career in 1998 by joining Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited as Senior Officer.In a banking career spanning over 25 years; he holds various key positions in three large financial institutions. He has earned more than 20 years of experience in Investment Risk Management& Risk Management in Bank Asia and Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited. He took part in various training programs, seminars and workshops on Banking & Finance held in home and abroad.
