Md Salim Uddin has been reappointed director and chairman of the Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation’s board of directors, said a press release.
The finance ministry issued a circular regarding the reappointment on February 16.
Salim, vice-president of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB), is also acting as the chairman of the executive committee of Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd.
Earlier he worked as a director of Rupali Bank and Rupali Investment Ltd.
Salim is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Fellow Cost & Management Accountant, and Certified Public Finance Accountant.
As professional Accountant, he is fellow member of three professional accounting bodies.
He obtained his honours in commerce and master in accounting from the University of Chittagong.
