Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has recently held its 321st board of directors meeting at corporate head office maintaining proper hygiene and social distance, said a press release on Wednesday.
A few number of director participated in the meeting through digital platform.
The release read, chairman of the board of directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid presided over the meeting. The board approved a number of investment proposal and reviewed various issue related to policy of the Bank.
The release further read, among others vice-chairmen of the board Md. Harun Miah & Md. Abdul Barek, directors Abdul Halim, Mohiuddin Ahmed, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Sakib Ahmed, Md. Towhidur Rahman, A. K. Azad, Mohammed Younus, Mohammed Golam Quddus, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar & Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, independent directors Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed, managing director & CEO M. Shahidul Islam and company secretary Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
