The 370thmeeting of the Board of Directors of ShahjalalIslami Bank PLC. held on 22nd November 2023 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distance. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposal, a press release said on Friday.
Independent Directors EkramulHaque& Nasir Uddin Ahmed and the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed were also present in the meeting.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed & Abdul Karim, the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Md Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, KhandakerShakib Ahmed participated in this meeting through digital platform.
