The 359th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held on 17th May 2023 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank, a press release said on Friday. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Younus. Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed and Abdul Karim (Nazim) (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Md. Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, A. K. Azad, Mr. Mohammed Nasir Uddin Khan, Mrs. Jabun Nahar (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque and Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
