The 383rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIB) was held on 21st August at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposals. The Vice-Chairman of the Board Mohammed Younus, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Karim, Md. Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque & Jabun Nahar participated in this meeting through digital platform. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman & Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present at the meeting.
