The 384th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIB) was held recently at the Corporate Head Office of the bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammed Younus & Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman & Nasir Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
