Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIB) has signed a remittance drawing agreement with USA based remittance company Placid Express, USA at Bank’s Corporate Head Office in 03rd September 2024. The Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Director of Placid Express, USA Mohammed Rashid signed in the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. After the signing agreement in presence of Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, the Additional Managing Director of the Bank, M. Akhter Hossain and the Director of Placid Express, USA Mohammed Rashid handed over the documents. Among others, the Country Head of Bangladesh, Placid N Corporation Faroque Helaly, the Head of International Division of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mohammad Abdul Majid, the Head of Treasury of the Bank Shariful Haider, the in-charge of Foreign Remittance Department Mohammad Shakhawat Hossain and the in-charge (CC) of Public Relations Department of the Bank K. M. Harunur Rashid including other officials of both organizations were also present in the signing ceremony.
