ShahjalalIslami Bank Limited (SJIBL) holds 324th Board meetingat Corporate Head Office of the Bank. A number of investment proposal and reviewed various issue related to policy of the Bank have been approved in the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Md. SanaullahShahid, a press release said.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Md. HarunMiah and Mr. Md. Abdul Barek, Directors Dr. AnwerHossain Khan, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. AkkasUddinMollah, KhandakerShakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. TowhidurRahman, Mr. A. K. Azad, Mr. Mohammed GolamQuddus, Mr. Md. MoshiurRahmanChamak, Mrs. JabunNahar& Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. EkramulHaque, Mr. K. A. M. MajedurRahman and Mr. NasirUddin Ahmed, the Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
