Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) distributed relief items to more than 400 families as Eid gifts among the distressed and helpless people living in Nurerchala and Khilbari Teck area in the city, a press release said Sunday. The Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) ward councilor No. 39, Shafiqul Islam Basek, and SEVP of the bank, head of PR division and bank foundation, Md. Shamsuddoha (Shimu), distributed the relief items. As relief each receiver got 05 kg of rice, 1 kg of dal, 01 kg of sugar and 1 liter of oil.
