Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited extended financial support to a Non-government organization of PFDA (Parents Forum for Differently Able)-Vocational Training Center Trust as a part of CSR activities of the Bank.
M. Shahidul Islam, Managing Director and CEO of the bank handed over the cheque to SajidaRahman Danny, the founder Chairman of PFDA (Parents Forum for Differently Able)-Vocational Training Center Trust on September 28, 2021 at bank’s corporate head office, a press release said.
PFDA-Vocational Training Center Trust is mainly a Non-government organization, working for eradicating Autism, Cerebral Palsy Down syndrome as well as intellectual and Neurological Disabilities from the Country.The PFDA-Vocational Training Center Trustis also working for educating of Neuro disabled students and making them workable. Under the overall supervision of the organization, many have now returned to normal life and are engaged in various activities.
Among others the Additional Managing Director of the bank S. M. MainuddinChowdhury, the Deputy Managing Directors M. AkhterHossain and MianQuamrulHasanChowdhury and the Head of Public Relations Division Md. Shamsuddohawere also present at the time of cheque distribution.
