Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited Foundation recently handed over diagnostic equipment & medicines to Matlab Uttar Upazila Health Complex and No. 8 Ekhlaspur Union Health & Family Welfare Center in Chandpur District.
The initiative was taken under the CSR Program-2021 in order to provide health care to the mass people in the remote areas of the country, said a press release.
Vice-chairman of the board of directors of bank Md. Abdul Barek handed over the diagnostic equipment & medicine to Nusrat Jahan Mithen, Dr. of Matlab Uttar Upazila Health Complex and to Jemin Akhter, officer in charge of Ekhlaspur Union Health & Family Welfare Center. Local business people and others from the locality were also present at the program, the release read.
