23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIBL) was held on 30th May through digital platform. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank A. K. Azad, MP presided over in the meeting. The AGM approved 14 percent cash dividend for the shareholders and the directors reported & audited the balance sheet and the profit & loss account for the year ended on 31st December 2023. The chairman of the board of directors of the bank A. K. Azad, MP & the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed delivered speech in the AGM. The SEVP & Company Secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar moderated the program.
