The 332nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) was hel drecently at the Bank’s Corporate Head Office maintaining proper hygiene and social distance.
Some Directors of the Bank participated in the meeting through digital platform (with a Video Conference). Chairman of the Board of Directors Md. SanaullahShahidpresided over the meeting.
The Board approved a number of investment proposal and reviewed various issue related to policy of the Bank, said a press release.
Managing Director & CEO. M. Shahidul Islam and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were present among others.
