Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has held its 348th meeting of the board of directors on 19th October 2022 at corporate head Office of the bank , a press release said Thursday. A few number of directors of the bank participated in this meeting through digital platform. The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the board Mohammed Younus. The board approved a number of investment proposal and reviewed various issues related to policy of the bank. Vice-chairman of the board Mohiuddin Ahmed, directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Karim, Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed,Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, A.K. Azad, Md. Nasir Uddin Khan, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak and Mrs. Jabun Nahar; Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K.A.M. Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed; MD & CEO, Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and company secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present.
