The 371st meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIBL) was held on 27th December at Corporate Head Office of the bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Mohammed Younus. The Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed & Mr. Abdul Karim, the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Md. Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman participated in this meeting through digital platform. Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Jabun Nahar & Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Director Mr. Ekramul Haque, the Managing Director & CEO Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md.
