Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has held its 246th meeting of the board audit committee recently at corporate head office of the bank, a press release said Monday. The meeting was presided over by Ekramul Hoque, chairman of board audit committee of the bank. Director of the bank and member of the committee Abdul Halim participated in this meeting through digital platform. Director and member of board audit committee Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, independent directors & member of the committee, K.A.M. Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the MD & CEO, Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the company secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present.
