ShahjalalIslami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has organized discussion meeting on the life and work of Bangabandhu Sheikh MujiburRahman on the occasion of 48 th Martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation on 09 th August 2023, a press release said Friday. Chairman of the board of directors of the bank, Mohammed Younus was present as the chief guest at the programme. Managing Director & CEO, Mosleh Uddin Ahmed presided over in the function. The directors of the bank, Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP, A. K. Azad and Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman took part in the discussion meeting & discussed elaborately on the life and work of Bangabandhu Sheikh MujiburRahman. Among others the vice-chairman of the board, Abdul Karim (Nazim) (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the directors of the bank, Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Abdul Halim, the additional managing director of the bank, Abdul Aziz, S. M. Mainuddin Chowdhury, and Mian Quamrul Hasan Chowdhury, DMDs, Imtiaz U. Ahmed; M. M. Saiful Islam, company secretary of the bank, Md. Abul Bashar and the CFO of the bank, Md. Jafar Sadeq, were also present.
